Fare Vibe
A travel company creating customised domestic and international holiday experiences — a bespoke logo that signals warmth, curation and quiet confidence.

Where Fare Vibe started.
Fare Vibe had clinical credibility and a generic face. The existing visual identity borrowed every healthcare cliché — safe blue, default typography, interchangeable symbolism — in a category where looking interchangeable is a commercial problem, because trust is the entire purchase decision.
The brief was narrow and demanding: one excellent logo that performs everywhere a healthcare mark must — signage, lab reports, app icons, investor decks — without losing character at any size.
“We expected a logo. We got a sharper understanding of who Fare Vibe is.”
— Founder, Fare VibeHow we worked.
Immersion
Stakeholder interviews and a category audit of how diagnostics brands signal trust.
Territories
Three semantic directions — clinical precision, human warmth, forward technology.
Refinement
The chosen route corrected across grids, colour systems and type pairings.
Handover
Full logo kit with lockups, clear-space rules and misuse examples.
What made the difference.
We began with language, not pictures. Every stakeholder answered the same five questions about patient, fear, promise and feeling — and the answers converged on calm competence. That phrase filtered every design decision that followed.
The exploration avoided caduceus, heartbeat lines and crosses, building instead around the rising 'x' of Fare Vibe as a point of connection — a quiet nod to the double helix without literal science illustration. Colour was stress-tested on lab reports, embroidery and low-grade vendor printing, settling on a deep clinical teal that survives single-colour reproduction.
Results, as recorded in the portfolio.
The engagement delivered a professional, industry-relevant logo that elevated Fare Vibe's brand identity, exactly as the portfolio records. Around the mark, the discovery process gave the founding team a shared language for the brand, and the usage guide removed daily design debates — so every patient-facing touchpoint now carries one consistent, credible face.
What this project taught us.
Identity work is trust work. In categories where the customer is anxious, design's first job is reassurance — and matching the engagement to the actual need, rather than inflating it, is why this shipped in three weeks and still holds today.
What we delivered.
- Logo design with lockups, clear-space and usage rules
- Brand identity direction and guidelines
- Monthly reporting against the metrics that matter
Questions about this project.
How long did the Fare Vibe engagement take?
The programme ran as a 3-week identity sprint. We began with immersion so every later decision was grounded in evidence, and reported progress against agreed metrics throughout — so Fare Vibe always knew what was working and why.
Which services did Brand Ratna provide for Fare Vibe?
Logo Design. Rather than running these as separate retainers, we operated them as one connected system designed for the realities of the healthcare category, which is where most of the compounding gains came from.
Can you replicate these results for my healthcare brand?
Every market is different, so we never copy-paste a campaign. What does transfer is the method: diagnose first, focus on the terms and audiences you can win, and measure honestly. Outcomes like 3 identity territories explored come from that discipline — share your brief and we will tell you, candidly, what is achievable.
